Spiritual Experiences-An Eclectic Site...

I happened upon a web site I thought was worth mentioning.  It is called Spiritual Experiences.  Yes, I know if you go to the site's eclectic store you can find all manner of weird spiritual stuff...tarot cards...divination tools...even a ouija board.  Yes...weird.  And in the book section you can find titles such as Deepak Chopra's The Third Jesus, Eckhart's The Power of Now and A New Earth...but you can also find The Shack, The ESV and the KJV Bible..an interesting book called "Jesus Wants To Save Christians" with the the interest piquing description that says:

There is a church not too far from us that recently added a $25 million addition to their building.
Our local newspaper ran a front-page story not too long ago about a study revealing that one in five people in our city lives in poverty.
This is a book about those two numbers.

That looks promising as a future blog post :)

So anyway...sundries from near and far...something for everyone, as the saying goes, at  the web site store. 

Also, on the web site are spiritual stories from real live people complete with Twilight Zone music playing in the background.  Okay, just kidding about the music...but some of the stories are pretty far out there.

There are articles...about the ego, the God within, the Devil, Emotions and the Illusion of Separation.

I think I happened upon the article trying to find a quote by Ram Dass...and that is the best part of the web site.  There is a section with quotes from many spiritual teachers ranging from Albert Einstein to the Buddha....Pema Chodron to Zig Ziglar. 

Not a site to set as your home page...but worth checking out the quotes.
